We welcome you to the happiest place on Earth, where freedom has been truly realized by the abolition of all personal property and the enforcement of equality across all areas.  You will be amazed by the happy productive proletarieans and their ever-wise Committee for Public Freedom.  We struggle against each other no longer and are working always to free the rest of the land from the stain of capitalist running-dog swine and their bourgeois filth co-conspirators.  Our loving friends in the gloriously free land of Cuba have happily donated their wealth, weapons and soldiers to advance our cause.  We have no doubt that we will triumph over the reactionary pederasts of the colonialist movement and their coporate masters.  Those that claim to be free while living in the chains of greed will be thrown into the fires of doom.


Our duly chosen leader, John Igunna Cappuass, will draw our forces ever forward to victory.  His faultless strategic insights and deft tactical initiatives will crush the counter-revolutionary and tribal mobs under the iron wheels of Progress.  Many will fall as martyrs on our way to our eventual victory but their sacrifice will never be forgotten!

DETAILS:

General, John Igunna Capuass, is a charismatic lunatic.  He rose to the rank of leader by sabotaging all of his prior superior's efforts (at one point going so far as to reveal the battle plans to the enemy and then holding his troops out of the battle to ensure his commanders's disgrace) displaying a ruthlessness and cunning that few can equal.


The Political Leadership (a.k.a. Committee for Public Freedom), when the movement first started the leadership exercised control over the army and used it to limit the damage that the militia caused.  Since "Prince John" took over he has decimated the ranks of the Committee and terrifiedthe rest into quietude.  They are a mouthpiece and little else.


The Army has a small core of professional soldiers (the Red Guards) that get all the best equipment and training.  Some of the better militia have risen to the ranks of regular troops (being granted the status of "Heroes of the People" but are constantly drained of real talent to make up ranks in the Red Guards.  Random militias make up the rest of the force, poorly armed and trained they are useful for raiding and terrorizing the people.


The foreign allies; Cuba is serving as proxy for the USSR (as always) and will provide the equipment to the Revolution as well as occasional influxes of trained soldiers when things get in a real jam.  They are interested in the promise of access to the mineral wealth of the country after the revolution succeeds and have been paid with promises so far.  The USSR is happy because it keeps the Western Powers busy in this shit-hole country and away from their other projects.
